Raising New Tickets (Portal)

Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome or MS Edge, then access this link - https://ezcsmyzuelligpharma.freshdesk.com/

Step 2: Input your email address and password, then click login.

Step 3: Once you click the login button, it will redirect you to Home page.

Step 4: Click ‘Submit a Ticket’ button to create ticket.

Step 5: Select if Client or Customer then fill out all required fields, then click ‘Submit’.
