Following up on a ticket you raised

Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome or MS Edge, then access this link - https://ezcsmyzuelligpharma.freshdesk.com/

Step 2: Input your email address and password, then click login.


Note: If you are an agent, click the Login here button below to login using Okta Login (SSO).



Step 3: Once you click the login button, it will redirect you to Home page.



Step 4: Click ‘Tickets’ button to view your ticket/s.


Step 5: Click the ticket number.



Step 6: Type in your follow up message in the message box, then click ‘Reply



Step 7: A message will prompt ‘The note has been added to your ticket’.
